Nucleofill Strong 1.5ml dermal filler are a series of preparations for deep renewal and bio-restructuring of the skin based on lifting, antioxidant properties and intensive moisturizing of deep layers of the skin. The method based on the action of polynucleotides is based on three mechanisms.
- Gel with polynucleotides at a concentration of 25 mg / ml,
- pH between 6.8-7.5,
- viscosity 48-65 PA * S.
- Stimulation of receptors on fibroblasts - the process activates the synthesis of type I collagen and elastin, ensuring skin thickening and a lifting effect; additionally, the process of transforming fibroblasts into myofibroblasts is induced.
- Fight against oxidative stress - active metabolites bind free radicals into aromatic rings, acting as an antioxidant.
- Deep tissue hydration - active polynucleotides bind water and provide long-lasting iso-osmotic hydration of the extracellular matrix, making the skin moisturized and supple.
