Profhilo is a product by IBSA Derma, the aesthetic division of IBSA Institut Biochimique SA — Switzerland’s largest privately owned pharmaceutical company, founded in 1945.
Manufactured at a US FDA-approved facility in Italy, Profhilo pioneered an entirely new category in aesthetic medicine: skin bioremodeling. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, it does not add volume — instead, it works by remodeling the extracellular matrix and stimulating the skin’s own cells to restore elasticity, firmness, and hydration.
