Returns and exchanges

General terms and conditions

If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for the return costs, with the exception of when the product is defective or if you have received the wrong product. In these cases, we will pay the return costs.

Return method

Return products should be sent either by letter or parcel. Do not send returns by cash on delivery.

Exchanges

In the case of products that are to be exchanged for another product, we will pay the shipping costs for the new product sent from us to you.

Measures of withdrawal

If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal for a good, you should return the good to us. In the case of a service, you should keep the related material available to us, as long as it does not cause you any inconvenience.

By making your purchase, you accept our return and exchange conditions.

Reimbursement

Refund period

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the goods back or in the case of a service, from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Return costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, with the exception of so-called replacement goods, where we cover the return cost.
