Loyalty program

The Filladerm loyalty program rewards returning customers for their trust.
For every €10 spent, the customer earns 1 loyalty point.

Collected points can be used at checkout, where 1 point equals a €0.50 discount.
Loyalty points can be used to cover up to 5% of the total order value.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned and can be redeemed only when logged in to the customer account.
