What payment methods do you offer?
We offer credit card payments and payment by bank transfer. Card payment is currently only available via VISA and MasterCard. We also offer payment by bank transfer (T/T), if you choose this option – please choose the bank transfer option at check out. We will inform you when the payment received and we will ship your order.
How long is your delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is specified at check out depending on the chosen shipping method. We maintain large inventory, the products which are in stock marked – we ship in 24 hours. If product is out of stock it can take 2 to 5 working days to ship to you.
How do you handle returns?
Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or you have received the wrong item. Returned products should be sent by parcel to our company warehouse address.
How does the refund work if I regret my purchase?
If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days of receiving the return.
I have a company based in the EU, do I need to fill in my VAT number when buying?
Yes, EU customers must provide a valid VAT number when purchasing. If the VAT number is invalid, your order may be canceled.
Which countries do you sell to?
We sell products to customers in Europe, Asia and Middle East. Customers are responsible for import proceedures.
Who can buy your products?
Filladerm.com supplies medical aesthetic products exclusively to clinics and registered companies operating in the aesthetic medicine sector. In accordance with European Union regulations on medical devices, we sell only on a B2B basis and do not supply products to private individuals or consumers.
How can you sell the products at low pricing?
We have been in the business since 2019 and serve numerous clinics worldwide. By purchasing large volumes official distributors, we can offer products to extremely competitive prices. Please note that we operate as parallel traders and are not official distributors on the brands we are offering.
I am from an EU country. What information do I need to provide?
Customers in the EU must provide a valid VAT number at the registration.
I am from a non-EU country. What information do I need to provide?
For customers outside the EU an official organization number is required.
Can private Doctors / Injectors buy the products?
In accordance with European Union regulations on medical devices, we sell only on a B2B basis and do not supply products to private individuals or consumers.
What happens if my VAT number or organization number cannot be verified?
If we cannot verify the provided VAT number or organization number within a reasonable time, we may reject or cancel your order.
Are the prices on your platform inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
All product prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Can the terms of purchase be changed?
Yes, we reserve the right to change the terms of purchase at any time. Customers should therefore regularly review the Terms of Purchase for any updates.

What is your price match guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a Best Price Guarantee. If you find the same product at a lower price from another supplier, we will match that price. Simply provide a copy of your latest invoice, receipt, or a clear screenshot of a written quotation addressed to you. Once verified, we will update your order accordingly. What is the expiry of the products?
Most products shipped by Filladerm are minimum 6 months remaining shelf life. We try to maintain as maximum as fresh shelf life products in our warehouse which are typicaly 12 to 24 months shelf life.
