We offer credit card payments and payment by bank transfer. Card payment is currently only available via VISA and MasterCard. We also offer payment by bank transfer (T/T), if you choose this option – please choose the bank transfer option at check out. We will inform you when the payment received and we will ship your order.

The estimated delivery time is specified at check out depending on the chosen shipping method. We maintain large inventory, the products which are in stock marked – we ship in 24 hours. If product is out of stock it can take 2 to 5 working days to ship to you.

Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or you have received the wrong item. Returned products should be sent by parcel to our company warehouse address.

If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid as soon as possible, but at the latest within 30 days of receiving the return.

Yes, EU customers must provide a valid VAT number when purchasing. If the VAT number is invalid, your order may be canceled.

We sell products to customers in Europe, Asia and Middle East. Customers are responsible for import proceedures.

In accordance with European Union regulations on medical devices, we sell only on a B2B basis and do not supply products to private individuals or consumers.

Most products shipped by Filladerm are minimum 6 months remaining shelf life. We try to maintain as maximum as fresh shelf life products in our warehouse which are typicaly 12 to 24 months shelf life.
