Terms & Conditions of purchase
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all sales of products by Filladerm.com website (“Seller”) to business customers (“Buyer”). Dermal fillers and injectable skin boosters offered on Filladerm.com are classified as medical devices under Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) and are intended for professional use only. In accordance with EU regulatory requirements, these products are supplied exclusively to registered companies and licensed healthcare professionals. Sales to private individuals or consumers are not permitted. By making a purchase, the buyer accepts these conditions.
Prices for businesses
All prices quoted are aimed at companies and are exclusive of Lithuania VAT of 21%. Lithuania VAT will be added at check-out for companies based in Lithuania. Companies within the EU are asked to fill in a valid VAT number when ordering. If the VAT number provided is not valid, the order will be canceled. Companies outside the EU are asked to provide their organization number. VAT and any customs duties will be charged by the respective country’s customs authorities upon import.
Regulatory Compliance
Products comply with EU Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (EU MDR) where applicable. The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, import regulations, and professional-use requirements in the destination country.
No Medical Advice
The Seller does not provide medical advice. Product information is for informational purposes only. Clinical responsibility rests entirely with the Buyer.
Payment
Card payment
Payment for our products is by payment card – we currently only accept VISA and MasterCard or via direct bank transfer to Filladerm UAB company bank account in Swedbank Lithuania.
When entering card details, you undertake to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to email address, name and telephone number.
For your security, we do not store your card number. However, we do keep some information related to your payment card to make it easier for you in your future purchases with us.
When a transaction is completed, the money is directly deducted from your card and transferred to our account.
Payment by Bank Transfer
Where payment by bank transfer is selected, the Seller shall issue an invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer shall transfer the full invoice amount to the Seller’s bank account as indicated on the invoice, quoting the invoice number as the payment reference. Ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer, and the order shall not be processed or dispatched, until full payment has been received.
Right of withdrawal
When you buy medical products from us, you should be aware that these products are subject to specific withdrawal conditions. Should you open the product, for security reasons we cannot accept a return.
Due to the medical nature of these products, we may also refuse to accept returns even if the product has not been opened.
We ask you to carefully consider your decision before breaking the seal of the products to ensure quality and safety for our customers.
Delivery
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time will be specified at checkout depending on the shipping method chosen. Products which are in stock – we dispatch in 24-48 hours during working days. Orders submitted during the weekend, seasonal or public holiday period are dispatched at next working day. For products with a different delivery time, this will be clearly indicated in the product description.
Uncollected parcels
If you have chosen cash on delivery as your payment method, your parcel will be available for collection from the postman for up to two weeks. Parcels not collected within this time will be returned to us. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a return shipping, administration and handling fee for uncollected parcels. The current fee is currently 20 eur.
Returns and exchanges
General terms and conditions
If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for the return costs, with the exception of when the product is defective or if you have received the wrong product. In these cases, we will pay the return costs. Due to the medical nature of the products, returns are not accepted once packaging or seals are broken. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns even if unopened.
Inspection and Claims
The Buyer must inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence and batch numbers.
Return method
Return products should be sent either by letter or parcel.
Exchanges
In the case of products that are to be exchanged for another product, we will pay the shipping costs for the new product sent from us to you.
Measures of withdrawal
If you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal for a good, you should return the good to us. In the case of a service, you should keep the related material available to us, as long as it does not cause you any inconvenience.
By making your purchase, you accept our return and exchange conditions.
Reimbursement
Refund period
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the goods back or. in the case of a service, from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
Return costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, with the exception of so-called replacement goods, where we cover the return cost.
Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including customs delays, transport disruptions, or regulatory changes.
Intellectual Property
All website content, texts, images, and materials remain the intellectual property of the Seller and may not be reused without written consent.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Courts of Lithuania shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
